Formed in 1979 as an Office Equipment Dealer supplying Facsimiles, Word Processors and Intelligent Typewriters for Exxon Office Systems. Over the years the product lines evolved with the demands of the changing office equipment marketplace. PC’s, Laser Printers, Networks, Scanning Systems, Electronic File Cabinets and Video Conferencing Systems to name a few have been incorporated as products represented by Buffalo Office Systems .

Buffalo Office Systems also provides the total package of after equipment sales support with supplies and equipment repair service.

Being the first dealer in the Buffalo marketplace with a commitment to the fax market; Buffalo Office Systems is acknowledged as the local leader in the marketplace. Over the years Buffalo Office Systems has represented as an authorized dealer for Ricoh, Fujitsu, Sharp and Muratec America which is now their flagship office equipment product line.

In 1995, Buffalo Office Systems became associated with British Telecom (BT) to represent their line of video equipment in Western New York. TANDBERG (which was providing Video Conferencing equipment to BT under the BT name) took over BT’s nationwide dealer program in 1999 and the formal working relationship began with the leader of the Video Conferencing industry. TANDBERG was acquired by Cisco in 2010. Buffalo Office Systems is now selling the TANDBERG products as part of the Cisco product line.

In addition to selling, servicing and supporting Video Conferencing equipment in the field; Buffalo Office Systems has equipped two Conference Rooms in Williamsville to provide video conferencing service to organizations and individuals requiring the use of this type of Conferencing service.
