Being the first dealer in the Buffalo marketplace with a commitment to the fax market, Buffalo Office Systems is the acknowledged local leader with the most equipment placements.  Over the years Buffalo Office Systems has become an authorized dealer for Ricoh, Fujitsu, Sharp and Muratec which is now their flagship fax product line.  Buffalo Office Systems specializes in commercial fax equipment and represents Muratec's complete line of standalone faxes as well as their Multi Functional units. 
 

In 1995, Buffalo Office Systems was approached by British Telecom (BT) to represent them in Western New York. This began the long marriage of Buffalo Office Systems into the world of Video Conferencing.  TANDBERG (which was providing Video Conferencing equipment to BT under the BT name) took over BT’s nationwide dealer program in 1999 and the formal working relationship began with the leader of the Video Conferencing industry.

Recognizing the future of Global Video Communications, Buffalo Office Systems placed its resources into Video Conferencing products with supporting document camera products and has grown to where it is today…. Western New York’s premier Video Conferencing dealership.

In addition to selling, servicing and supporting Video Conferencing equipment in the field, Buffalo Office Systems has equipped two Conference Rooms to provide video conferencing service to organizations and individuals requiring the use of this type of Conferencing service.  Buffalo‘s Video Conferencing Center has been in operation for over 10 years.
